Chimera Search is a result driven boutique Executive Search and Recruitment firm specialized in providing effective recruitment services to small, medium and large organizations. Chimera started its journey in the year 2018 in Mumbai. We are a close-knit team of search professionals with significant experience and pragmatic approach. Since our inception, we have expanded the range of our services, added new practices, successfully met needs of the market and expectations of our clients. We believe in building meaningful relationships and being a holistic partner to our clients by understanding their critical human resource requirements and providing them the best solutions and talent from the industry.

FOUNDER & CHIEF CONSULTANT
Molshri is a talent acquisition specialist and an experienced leadership hiring professional. She has worked with clients across sectors and functions. Prior to her entrepreneurial stint, Molshri worked with international and boutique consulting firms in India. Her experience in CXO, Mid-Senior management and Diversity hiring coupled with her thorough approach of meeting client expectations resulted in some noteworthy closures across MNC’s and promoter driven organizations of varied sizes and stages of evolution.
Molshri is hands-on in conducting market research and competency-based candidate assessments. She brings more than 8 years of strategic consulting, succession management and leadership advisory experience along with hiring transformational management teams.
Prior to founding Chimera Search, Molshri was associated with EMA Partners International (leading Executive search firm with presence across 45 nations) She focused on critical and niche senior leadership positions across
diverse sectors. Her ability to understand client requirements, attract talent and create value for them via speedy delivery sets her apart. Molshri started her career with Ikya Search Partners (now Quess Corp. Limited) as a Senior Associate in the Consumer Services Vertical. In this role, she successfully delivered on C-Level assignments in industries including Retail, Pharma, FMCG, Industrial Manufacturing, Technology, Education, Research & Analytics, Hospitality and Healthcare.
Molshri received her MBA in Retail & Marketing from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai.
